Friday Night Sew-in

Wow, finally a Friday night I could sew. Buzzed over here to see if I was too late to join. Yeah, not too late so I signed up as #95.
The Hallow's Eve fabric was calling to me all last week but I could not find a chance to sit and sew. DH is off again next week for his vacation, that's why no sew time last week.
Three hours and three blocks produced, plus parts for more blocks.  I think I need 21 total. By cutting lots ahead I can sew as time allows.
Gosh, I'm really loving the blocks, all my favorite colors and Halloween motifs.  Maybe I will have the top completed by October 31st (hope so).

I'm gonna try and figure out how to put the FNS button as a link on my side bar.  Maybe I'll be able to participate more often now that fall is here.
Found this cute "Stick" bug on a metal gate to our side yard. I think he was trying to soak up some warmth.
. Temps have really cooled down.  October is a beautiful month for weather here in SE Arizona.  Around 80 degrees every day and after the sun goes down it can dip into the low 50's for the night.

  1. Oh Wonky Girl, I am in LOVE---with that fabric and that block---I want one just like this :D

  2. I meant to ask who your background fabric is by?

  3. I love your blocks and you found the best background.

  4. Your blocks are awesome!!!! It's going to be a GREAT quilt! So glad Mr. Pibbs is doing much better and not minding his insulin. My dogs think all cat food is a special treat too :) Have a great weekend, Mickie

  5. Pretty blocks - those are gorgeous Halloween prints!
