Block Party August Block

Our hostess has posted the new block for August- 10" Churn Dash. Here are the samples I made, it was hard to wait until the first of month to share them. Fabrics are cream or COC for background.

Focus fabrics are dusty and muted like Thimble Berry fabrics.

Below is my fav, love the rooster weathervane.

I enjoyed sewing the block so much that I have cut 30 more for a quilt of my own (also cut 30 duplicates for my sis too). Now just need to cut cream background.
